Cancellation & Changes Policy

Any changes or cancellations made within 60 days of the contracted date will be subject to additonal fees. In the event of a cancellation for any reason before 60 days the deposit will be forfeited.
Any cancellations for any reason after that date will result in a full charge of the agreed upon amount. Appointment services and times cannot be changed on the day of the scheduled appointments. Doing so will result in the loss of the appointment and a full charge for the service(s) scheduled. It is important that all appointment services and times be closely adhered to, as originally scheduled, so that we may provide the optimal service that you deserve on your special day!
If for any reason your artisit/stylist becomes too ill, injured or can not perform the services outlined in the contract, The Station Salon will try and rebook a replacement. If, for any reason, The Station Salon is unable to provide these services a full refund will be provded to the client(s)

Deposits & Credit Card Policy
All clients will be required to provide a credit card to store on file for charging of all wedding and special events services.
​
Deposits are are non-refundable but will be applied to the total price of the applicable service.

Payment Types Accepted
We accept the following methods of payment:

- All major credit/debit cards
- Salon Gift certificates
- Cash

We cannot accept the following:
​
- Checks
- Visa Gift Cards
