I’m Taylor, founder of Whistle & Veil — where bridal beauty meets timeless elegance.
I’m a proud graduate of MAK Beauty School and have a deep passion for creating hair that helps brides feel radiant and confident on their big day. Whether it’s soft, romantic curls, elegant updos, or effortless lived-in styles, I love bringing each bride’s vision to life.
Beyond the salon, I’m a wife of 18 years and a mom of two amazing kids. I pour that same love and care into every client I work with — because making you feel your absolute best is what I do best.

Ever since I was a little girl, I’ve loved playing with hair and makeup, and that passion has only grown into a career I truly adore. I specialize in creating stunning transformations — from soft, romantic bridal styles to bold, expressive looks that reflect each bride’s unique personality.
I believe beauty is about confidence and creativity, and I love helping my clients feel like the most radiant version of themselves on their wedding day. I’m always learning, exploring new trends, and perfecting my craft to make every look unforgettable.

My passion for beauty began back in high school and quickly grew into a lifelong calling, leading me to graduate from MAK Beauty Institute. I love every part of hairstyling, but creating elegant updos and timeless looks for weddings and special events is where my heart truly shines.
There’s nothing better than seeing a bride light up when she feels beautiful and confident on her big day — that’s why I do what I do.

Hi! My name is Alyssa and i am a 22 year old hairstylist and makeup artist! i have a true passion for creating timeless, confidence-boosting looks for each client— weather it’s for your wedding day or even a special event. During the week i am a full time hairstylist and on the weekends when i am not behind the chair, you can usually find me shopping or spending time with family! i love all things beauty and being able to meet so many amazing people in this industry!

I always grew up being the friend who did everyone’s hair, but I started about 4 years ago doing bridal hair professionally, and fell in love immediately! There’s truly nothing like making a bride feel her very best on the most important day! When I’m not doing bridal hair, you can find me hanging out with my dog and twin sister, listening to a true crime podcast, or watching the braves!
